After submitting your scheduling request, the inspector will provide you with a formal agreement to confirm the appointment. Please ensure the contract is signed prior to the scheduled start time. We accept cash, check, Zelle, and all major credit cards. Payment is due prior to the inspector’s departure from the site. Inspections may take up to three hours...on average. Your report will be published online within two business days of the inspection conclusion. Environmental results may take longer depending on lab turnaround.
